Today, the career center hosted the annual Carrollton MO-ASK contest, welcoming 41 school districts and around 350 students from across the state. Students showcased their knowledge in agriculture mechanics, poultry, and dairy foods. Kudos to the FFA chapter for hosting yet another successful event! 🌟 #FFA #educateachievesucceed

A huge congratulations to our outstanding JAG member, Collen Jefferson, for making it to the top 20 in the state for employability skills! 🙌🏆 His dedication and hard work have earned him a spot to compete in a live interview at the JAG Career Development Conference at the end of March. 🎙️📄
Collen showcased his talents by submitting a stellar cover letter and resume for the preliminary round, and now he's ready to shine in the live competition. 🌟
In addition to Collen, five other Carrollton JAG members will also be competing in various events at the CDC. 🏅👔 Best of luck to Collen and all our participants! 🍀👊 We're proud of every one of you. 🎓🚀

The Carrollton Area Career Center is declaring surplus property on two metal shipping containers, each measuring 8'X40'. Please submit bids to Carrollton R-VII School District, Dr. Danny DeWitt, 103 9th Street, Carrollton, MO 64633. Bids will be accepted until 3:30 pm on March 6, 2024.
